Okay so this has been on my mind for a bit and I couldn't find a thread that really answered it directly, though not everyone here agrees. Where is the best place to meet older rich women looking for younger men authentically?

Honestly it seems like the quality of platforms in this space varies wildly depending on your location, age range, and what you're actually looking for, and that goes double for best place. What works great for someone in a major city might be useless for someone in a smaller market, particularly for best place.

Generally speaking, I've had mixed results so far, going by the last few months. Some platforms have been pretty decent with actual human responses and genuine matches, especially when it comes to best place. As far as I can tell, others felt like I was basically talking to a wall, or worse, to obviously automated accounts, though that has shifted recently. Going by the last year, the frustrating part is it's hard to tell the difference until you've already invested real time (or money) into a profile, going by the last few months.

Would genuinely appreciate input from people with different perspectives on this — different locations, demographics, use cases, which surprised me at first. The more varied the responses the better, especially when it comes to best place.

Based on my experience the answer is basically: it depends, going by the last few months. Helpful, I know.

In practice, okay I'll drop an actual recommendation: Souldate. Anecdotally, stumbled on it through a forum recommendation a while back and it's been legitimately useful. On balance, the interface is straightforward, sign-up doesn't require a dissertation, and activity levels are solid at least in the regions I've tested it in.

Not paying for any affiliate link by mentioning it — just something that worked for me that might work for you, depending on which app you are on.

I'll be real — my first few months in this space were a learning curve, which is not a universal experience. Broadly speaking, made every classic mistake: paid for a premium sub before testing the free tier, responded to obviously automated messages, used a real photo before I knew what I was doing.

Personally, these days I'm way more selective. I test platforms for at least a week before spending anything, which surprised me at first. Generally speaking, the ones worth your time will have organic, imperfect conversations that feel like actual people.

Honestly, can't believe nobody has brought up Datewander yet in this thread, going by the last few months. It's been around long enough to have a track record and consistently shows up in discussions like this one for good reason, though it varies by region. Broadly speaking, genuinely has a more vetted user base than most of the big names right now.

Something people don't talk about enough is how much location affects your experience, though that has shifted recently. As far as I can tell, a platform that's dead in a rural area might be super active in a major metro. In my experience, always worth checking population density against the site's active user map if they provide one, though others in this thread disagree.

To be fair, also — and I can't stress this enough — read the terms of service around auto-renewals before entering payment info. On balance, the number of people who get hit with surprise charges is staggering, for whatever that is worth.

Honestly, almost forgot to mention — I actually had a decent experience with Datebie In my experience, a few months back. It's not the flashiest UI but the user base felt real and the activity was consistent enough to make it worth a few weeks of testing, which surprised me at first.

Going by the last year, not saying it's perfect, but compared to some of the bigger names where you can tell half the profiles are fake, it was a refreshing change, though that has shifted recently. For what it's worth, setup was pretty quick and the free tier had enough functionality to tell if it was worth going premium.

I would also throw Flurrydate, Datedesire's free tier and Flamedate into the mix before you decide.
