Acceptable use. Do not post illegal content, content involving anyone under 18, non-consensual material, harassment, spam, malware or another person's private information. Do not impersonate anyone. Do not scrape or automate access to the site.

Member content. Community posts belong to the members who wrote them. By posting you grant LuvDate a licence to display and distribute that content on the site. LuvDate does not verify member claims and does not endorse them.

Outbound links. LuvDate links to third-party dating sites and services. Commercial links carry a sponsored attribute; member-posted links carry ugc. LuvDate does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, pricing or conduct.

No guarantees. The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee matches, replies, uninterrupted availability, or that any third-party service performs as described.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuvDate is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from any interaction with another member or a third-party service.
