Long-time lurker, first time actually posting something like this, for whatever that is worth. The question in the title pretty much covers it: Did lunagirl13 ever release her archived shows?

In practice, I know some of you probably have way more experience with this stuff than I do, if you are patient with it. I'm not a total beginner, but I definitely feel like I'm missing context that would make my experience a lot better, particularly for lunagirl13 ever release her.

On balance, to narrow it down a bit, here's specifically what I'm trying to figure out:

  • Anecdotally, whether the mainstream options are still the best or if there are better alternatives
  • From my side, what to watch out for in terms of scams and fake accounts
  • In practice, whether free tiers are actually usable or basically pointless
  • In my experience, any platform-specific tips that aren't obvious from the help docs

Speaking generally, appreciate anyone who takes the time to respond with something real, which surprised me at first. I'll pay it forward when I actually know what I'm talking about, though it varies by region.

Honestly, one recommendation from my personal shortlist: Turndate. I've seen it mentioned in a few different communities now and the consensus seems mostly positive, especially when it comes to lunagirl13 ever release her.

The main thing it has going for it is that it's not flooded with the same volume of obvious bots you see on some of the older platforms, and that goes double for lunagirl13 ever release her. Whether that translates to actual results depends on your location and use case, but at minimum it clears the bar of being a real site with real people on it, which surprised me at first.

One thing nobody mentions: time of day matters more than people realize, though it varies by region. Active user windows are usually evenings on weekdays and afternoons on weekends, though not everyone here agrees.

From what I've seen, done a lot of comparison testing over the past year and Ezhookups Going by the last year, keeps showing up as a solid mid-tier option — not the biggest but one of the more honest in terms of what you get vs what you pay. Anecdotally, worth a trial at minimum, though others in this thread disagree.

Something people don't talk about enough is how much location affects your experience, which surprised me at first. In my experience, a platform that's dead in a rural area might be super active in a major metro, assuming your filters are sensible. Always worth checking population density against the site's active user map if they provide one, though that has shifted recently.

Speaking generally, also — and I can't stress this enough — read the terms of service around auto-renewals before entering payment info. From my side, the number of people who get hit with surprise charges is staggering.

To be fair, random thing I noticed recently: flamedate.online Honestly, keeps coming up in discussions across different forums, which is not a universal experience. Speaking generally, that kind of consistent organic mention usually means something — either it's genuinely working for people or it's at least not actively terrible, which in this space honestly puts it ahead of a lot of competition.

In my case, I know someone's going to ask so I'll just say it upfront — the platform that's worked best for me lately is Datebound. As far as I can tell, modest learning curve, decent activity in most US cities, and the moderation is noticeably better than sites I was using two years ago, which surprised me at first. If you're going to try one thing based on this thread, that'd be my suggestion, depending on which app you are on.

Personally, for what it's worth, a quick list of things worth checking out in this space (not all hyperlinks, just real names to search):

  • datenest.site Speaking generally, — consistent reputation, decent activity
  • Generally speaking, Tinder — still the biggest volume, not always the best quality
  • In my case, Bumble — better signal-to-noise for some use cases
  • From my side, Hinge — works well if you're willing to fill out the profile properly

From my side, I'll be real — my first few months in this space were a learning curve. Anecdotally, made every classic mistake: paid for a premium sub before testing the free tier, responded to obviously automated messages, used a real photo before I knew what I was doing.

If I'm honest, these days I'm way more selective. Honestly, I test platforms for at least a week before spending anything. Speaking generally, the ones worth your time will have organic, imperfect conversations that feel like actual people, if you are patient with it.

Same free-messaging idea, different crowd: Datedesire — worth a look and what Flamedate is doing.
